The LaBell Creative & Leadership Collective is a legacy-rooted ecosystem built on purpose, creativity, and generational impact. Inspired by the blended name “LaBell” - honoring Dr. La Juan Hines-Rome and her grandmother - the Collective stands as a tribute to the women, stories, and creative brilliance that shaped her life's calling.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Hines-Rome has served as a master educator, scholar, consultant, speaker, and creative visionary. Her work spans classrooms, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurial spaces, and artistic studios. Across every role, her mission remains constant: to empower people to recognize their worth, activate their gifts, and lead with intention.
The LaBell Creative & Leadership Collective brings together three purpose-driven branches:
- She'Matters GIRLS, Inc. - nurturing confidence, leadership, and community engagement in girls and young women.
- iDent Consulting, LLC - guiding entrepreneurs and organizations to clarify identity, strengthen brand, and build purpose-driven impact.
- Strange DeZigns Infinite - honoring family legacy through art that inspires, uplifts, and celebrates creative expression.
