With more than 30 years of service, she has guided women, families, and organizations to rise stronger, cultivating environments where mental wellness, resilience, and confident leadership thrive.
As Co-Founder of Strange DeZigns, a family-owned creative expression and marketing brand, Dr. Hines-Rome brings intentional leadership and innovative vision to every project. Her work bridges education, business development, and creative branding, helping communities identify their purpose, strengthen their voice, and flourish through connection and creativity.
She also serves as CEO and Founder of She'Matters G.I.R.L.S., Inc., and Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at iDent Consulting, LLC, where she leads with trauma-informed, culturally grounded expertise.
